Job Description
The Product Design Lead will be responsible for guiding the UI/UX team, ensuring high-quality design execution and alignment with our design vision. This role involves close collaboration with the broader Design Thinking team and cross-functional teams to drive an exceptional user experience across all our projects.
Oversee end-to-end UI/UX design quality and ensure consistency throughout the design process. Collaborate with different teams to align on design goals. Establish and maintain design systems for consistency across products. Lead and mentor the UI/UX team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills.

Technical Skills
• 8+ years in UI/UX design, with experience as a lead
• Experience with design systems, prototyping tools, and usability testing methods.
• A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise and innovation.
• Proficiency in design tools.
• Experience working with the DGA in KSA ensuring compliance with digital government standards and guidelines
• Strong experience in UX Design with in-depth knowledge of UX principles and methodologies, including user-centered design and interaction design to create seamless and intuitive user experiences
