Product Design Lead

The Product Design Lead will be responsible for guiding the UI/UX team, ensuring high-quality design execution and alignment with our design vision. This role involves close collaboration with the broader Design Thinking team and cross-functional teams to drive an exceptional user experience across all our projects.

• Oversee end-to-end UI/UX design quality and ensure consistency throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with different teams to align on design goals.
• Establish and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
• Lead and mentor the UI/UX team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills.
