In this position, you will be responsible for leading our brand in the North, West and East Africa regions.


In this role you will (be):
  • Drive performance of the brand in terms of volume, profit, and market share targets for assigned markets.
  • Develop and complete brand communication campaigns to meaningfully differentiate our brands in the market and increase awareness.
  • Develop deep customer and consumer insights to guide brand and technology direction.
  • Lead consumer and customer engagement strategies for Castrol regarding all target audiences, including Media planning.
  • Implement global sponsorships and develop local sponsorships in line with brand strategy.
  • Drive Castrol's master brand communication strategy, including PR and digital media.
  • Collaborate with the Product Portfolio and NPI Team on the region’s product portfolio.
  • Accountable for the development and effective execution of a data-driven consumer engagement plan through using digital best practices Manage the budget to achieve target returns and grow brand value.
You will need to be successful in:
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (French preferred)
  • Marketing Bachelor's degree in or related subject area
  • Min.7 years confirmed experience in B2C and B2B2C marketing in international FMCG or Marketing led companies
  • Extensive experience in matrix organizations, cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in disciplined brand and product campaign execution
  • Experience in the lubricants industry would be an advantage
  • Significant business and social insight, understanding industry trends and business context
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach
