Job Description
Role Overview: The Procurement Manager at SRV is responsible for leading and optimizing all procurement activities to support the company’s operational goals. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing effective sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to meet business needs.
● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to secure the best deals.
● Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
● Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to drive efficiency.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and warehouse teams, to align procurement activities with business requirements.
● Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
● Implement risk management strategies related to suppliers and contracts.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 7+ years of proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles. ● Strong negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing skills.
● Experience in FMCG, Retail, Facility Services, or Service-Based industries is highly preferred. ● Proficient in using ERP systems and procurement software.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Work conditions:
● Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00
● Days off : Friday and Saturday
