Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee P2P Helpdesk operations, ensuring efficient support and resolution of issues.
  • Manage and resolve complex P2P-related inquiries, escalating as needed.
  • Lead and mentor the helpdesk team to maintain high service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve P2P processes and optimize service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of P2P transactions and interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics.
  • Utilize SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, or similar P2P technologies to enhance service operations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of P2P technologies (SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, etc.).
  • Advanced communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
