As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Gather and Negotiate quotations from all various suppliers issuing RFQS, Tenders, and revers auctions.
- Issue purchase orders to the appropriate suppliers.
- Search for new suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers' performance as planned periodically.
- Prepare the budget for the purchasing process annually.
- Supports bottlers in the development and implementation of short/medium / long-term productivity initiatives to mitigate commodity inflations and currency devaluation to be able to deliver their P&L.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required avoiding disruption to production.
- Evaluate Capacity constraints on short-term and long-term.
- Ensure availability of new components for launches with suppliers.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers (KPIs follow-up, agreement on service level).
To be Successful in the role, You Should have:
- 2-5 Years experience in Purchasing is a must
- SAP User is a must.
- Excel Proficiency is a must.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.
- CPIM certificate is a plus.
- Power BI certificate is a plus.
