As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Gather and Negotiate quotations from all various suppliers issuing RFQS, Tenders, and revers auctions.
• Issue purchase orders to the appropriate suppliers.
• Search for new suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers' performance as planned periodically.
• Prepare the budget for the purchasing process annually.
• Supports bottlers in the development and implementation of short/medium / long-term productivity initiatives to mitigate commodity inflations and currency devaluation to be able to deliver their P&L.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required avoiding disruption to production.
• Evaluate Capacity constraints on short-term and long-term.
• Ensure availability of new components for launches with suppliers.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers (KPIs follow-up, agreement on service level).

To be Successful in the role, You Should have:

• 2-5 Years experience in Purchasing is a must
• SAP User is a must.
• Excel Proficiency is a must.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.
• CPIM certificate is a plus.
• Power BI certificate is a plus.
