Purpose of the Job

To monitor all purchases to ensure it’s aligned with the company needs and order placed with the suppliers




Job Description
  • Running RFXs for all assigned categories (Direct & Indirect)
  • Enforce Procurement Policy and get involved at early stages in scope of work definition and issue the RFX
  • Manage the Procurement Process and the supply case efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure that a business has a constant supply of materials or equipment.
  • Work towards achieving targeted financial efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
  • Process, validate & monitor requisitions from different departments.
  • Source, Review, negotiate & procure materials & services.
  • Manage & monitor procure to pay full cycle.
  • Maintain inventory by review inventory levels, monitor records & plan for future orders.
  • Maintain good vendors relationship and follow up on delivery and service level.
  • Review outsourcing deals and contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Work closely with legal and functional team on drafting & review contracts terms and conditions.
  • Handling Audit Points and Observations


Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
  • Education: BA Industrial Engineer, Finance, Business administration, logistics or any related field
  • 2-3 Years’ of relevant experience
  • Good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems and have careful attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as MS words & Excel.
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Very good command in English language
  • Excellent Problem Solving skills
  • Sourcing & supplier management skills
  • Strong Negotiation &Communication skills
