Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Oversee the preparation of contracts and purchase orders.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team members' contributions and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.
5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Preferably from industries such as media, production or manufacturing.
Familiarity with local market dynamics and regulations in Egypt.
Knowledge of key suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers operating in Egypt across relevant industries.
Familiarity with Egypt’s procurement and trade laws, such as customs regulations, tax laws (e.g., VAT), and import/export requirements.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Bilingual skills (Arabic and English) for better communication with local and international stakeholders.
