Job Description

Responsibilities: 


  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team members' contributions and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferably from industries such as media, production or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and regulations in Egypt.
  • Knowledge of key suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers operating in Egypt across relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with Egypt’s procurement and trade laws, such as customs regulations, tax laws (e.g., VAT), and import/export requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingual skills (Arabic and English) for better communication with local and international stakeholders.
