Job Description

Swiss Hospitality Company is seeking a skilled and resourceful Procurement Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is critical to supporting our operations in the Saudi market, where you will lead procurement efforts, driving strategies to optimize sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services that align with the company’s operational and growth objectives.


As the Procurement Manager, you will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier evaluation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify procurement needs, negotiate contracts, and develop cost-effective solutions tailored to the unique demands of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Market Expertise:
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Saudi market to identify and engage local vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure procurement aligns with Saudi Arabian regulations, business practices, and cultural nuances.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with Saudi procurement laws and organizational policies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
Cost Optimization and Reporting:
  • Manage procurement budgets to optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement activities, highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Logistics Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and expectations.
  • Oversee logistical processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to project sites.
