Role Objectives
The Procurement & Tendering Engineer will be responsible for managing Breadfast Projects & Tendering Process,
contracts, analyzing market trends, developing procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed technical evaluation/review of the tender documents (Specs, Drawings, Bill of Quantities [BOQ]),
and ensure that any inquiries or clarifications.
• Manage the whole tendering cycle for all Breadfast Coffee projects after making sure that packages are well-
studied
• Manage completion bill of quantities and all materials quantity surveying along with all required specifications in
accordance with approved technical drawings in liaison with the design team.
• Provide the necessary guidance for tendering and procurement teams whenever required
• Keep track of projects’ statuses, create a checklist for assigned duties and tasks and report relevant information
when required.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
• Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing
• Conduct site visits to investigate the environment surrounding the project when needed.
• Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architectural)
• 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing & Contracting (Arch)
• Strong negotiation skills and sourcing strategies • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management skills
