Job Description



Position Title:* Process manager



Reports to:* Plant Manager


Unit / Division / Department / Section:* PPD



JOB PURPOSE* : Ensuring implementation of tools & processes in order to define and deliver business improvement targets aligned with group strategy. Core focus will be delivery of site KPI targets for cost and productivity, optimize manufacturing operations to reduce waste and streamline processes. Ensure adherence of all processes to HSE standards.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Daily operations monitoring:
Daily output tracking Shift performance analysis Identify operations bottleneck Implement corrective actions

Production control:



Ensure all relevant data is recorded on ERP Control production cost Optimize resource allocation Performance Metrics Develop action plans to improve all operations metrics Ensure processes compliance with quality metrics

Process Improvement



Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results. Develop and implement improvement plans, including timelines, resources, and metrics for success. Implement best practice

Reporting* :


Performance Dashboard Daily operations summary

HSE



Develop and implement HSE procedures related to raw material handling, storage, and disposal. Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and company policies.

Internal: Production, Stores, QC Department
Job relevant information (BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY) : The jobholder is responsible for making decisions related to their direct scope of work

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in engineering

Preferred Experience:



5 to 10 years on relevant experience in a similar position
