To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Process Engineering Crimping Supervisor]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception of Equipment:
- Control and receive all equipment during the initiation of a new project or as needed for serial life.
2. Installation and Validation of Equipment:
- Order, validate, and evaluate new crimping equipment according to the YEL Standard.
- Ensure specifications are met for new equipment orders.
- Manage the movement of equipment during layout changes.
- Conduct equipment validation as per YMEA procedures, including: (Calibration, Setting, Capability studies)
3. Coordination:
- Act as the Representative for COSEE Crimping.
- Coordinate with other departments, PTC, and other YEL plants.
- Manage team dynamics and oversee the transfer of equipment.
4. Staff Management:
- Lead actions dedicated to team development and performance.
5. Standards of Operations and Workflow:
- Develop and maintain operation standards for all crimping equipment.
- Create and update work instructions to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
-Skills:
•Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficient in decision-making.
•Effective communication skills.
•A sense of ownership and independence.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in manufacturing, preferably within the same industry.
