Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and lead the development and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Act as a technical authority, setting standards and best practices for ERP development, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and functional consultants, to define and drive ERP strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead and oversee the development of workflows, customizations, reports, and interfaces using Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI.
- Ensure seamless data migration and integration between Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Stay ahead of Oracle Fusion advancements, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance existing systems.
- Provide strategic input into ERP project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
