Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves guiding pre-sales activities, managing projects, and providing technical support while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the security industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. You will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, conducting market analysis, and delivering training to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead project pre-sales activities, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
-Develop and organize project plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
-Conduct customer training sessions to facilitate product understanding and usage.
-Manage projects effectively, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery.
-Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to enhance products and services.
-Conduct requirement analysis and competitive product analysis to inform strategic planning.
-Develop promotional materials and support marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility.
-Provide project and marketing support as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
-Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the CCTV or security industry.
-At least 1 year of experience in project management.
-A minimum of 2 years in technical support or product management.
-Strong understanding of customer needs, technical support processes, and product features.
-Familiarity with market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business analysis.
-Ability to undertake major projects independently and guide technical discussions.
-Excellent communication skills in English and other foreign languages (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
-Demonstrated self-motivation, innovative thinking, and a strong service orientation.
