Printo is seeking a creative and strategic PR Coordinator to lead our public relations efforts and elevate our brand visibility. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and executing PR campaigns that align with Printo’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
- PR Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Printo’s brand reputation.
- Write press releases, media pitches, and newsletters to highlight company milestones, services, and promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to align PR campaigns with broader business goals.
- Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Proactively pitch stories to local and industry-specific media outlets.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance.
- Content & Social Media:
- Manage Printo’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage audiences and promote services.
- Create content calendars, respond to comments/messages, and analyze engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content (e.g., videos, infographics).
- Event Management:
- Organize and promote events such as product launches, workshops, or community partnerships.
- Represent Printo at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Crisis Communication:
- Develop contingency plans to address potential PR challenges.
- Act as a spokesperson to manage sensitive situations and maintain brand integrity.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and production teams to identify PR opportunities.
- Train staff on brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media roles (agency or in-house).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Strong network of media contacts in Egypt is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the printing, advertising, or retail industries.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Fluency in French or other languages.
