PR Account Manager

• Develop & execute PR plans with clear objectives, strategies, and tactics aligned with client requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact while ensuring quality standards.
• Ensure all communications & plans adhere to client expectations and industry standards.
• Create action plans with timelines and delegate tasks effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance client positioning.
• Manage teams & resources to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Oversee media & influencer communications for smooth project execution.
• Monitor budget allocation & expenses across client projects.
• Develop influencer & social media content, including captions and briefs.
• Engage with media onsite during events and press conferences.
• Contribute to new business proposals and support client acquisition efforts.
• Implement crisis communication plans to manage reputation risks effectively.

Main Skills/Competencies

• Effective speaking skills for media interviews, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
• 2-4 years of experience in the same field
• Fluent in English.
• Active listening to understand and address the needs and concerns of clients, media, and the public
• Keeping track of media coverage and public perception.
• Working effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Developing innovative ideas and unique approaches to capture public and media interest.
• Empowering team members by delegating tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
