Our Cybersecurity team plays a crucial role in safeguarding operations, ensuring compliance with global security standards, and mitigating cybersecurity risks across diverse sectors.
Cybersecurity for Power Systems must address critical challenges, including the risks posed to our customers' networks and installations, as well as ensuring that our systems and services comply with global cybersecurity standards and regulations. To streamline, coordinate, and accelerate our transformation, and following a thorough analysis of synergies, we have established a unified Cybersecurity organization dedicated to projects and services that fortify our cybersecurity posture.

The Cybersecurity Operations Leader for Power Systems oversees a group of Regional Subject Matter Experts. Its mandate is to ensure that customer projects remain secure from the tendering phase through to execution, adhering to the industry's best practices and regulatory requirements. Its responsibilities encompass the following aspects.
·Provide robust leadership to a team of Subject Matter Experts.
·Identify and nurture talent, promote a culture of excellence, encouraging professional development, and leveraging diverse strengths for collective success.
·Engage the broader ecosystem of operational Cybersecurity Experts to fully leverage their expertise.
·Ensure consistent and efficient cyber and product security risk mitigation throughout the lifecycle of Energy Management projects.
·Strengthen Cybersecurity risk mitigation measures tailored for the tendering stage and implement measures designed for the execution stage.
·Develop dashboards to monitor compliance levels, identify gaps, and address areas for improvement.
·Provide regular feedback, including lessons learned, to the Cybersecurity Governance team to enhance processes, systems, and the operating model.
·Support any other operations-related Cybersecurity initiatives as needed.
vKey Skills and Requirements
·In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity and Risk Management, along with industry and cybersecurity standards.
·Experience in defining and managing company-wide programs, with a solid understanding of KPI definition and monitoring.
·Proficient in Industrial Automation, control systems, and related power system products across multiple lines of business (Secure Power, Power Systems, Digital Power, Digital Buildings, and Industry), particularly in communication and systems network features.
·Familiarity with Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure or equivalent architectures.
·Strong leadership and persuasive skills, coupled with the ability to manage multicultural and international teams.
·High comprehension of global challenges and strategic objectives.
·Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, writing, and communication skills.
·Capable of articulating the impact of cybersecurity on projects and service security, as well as Schneider Electric’s reputation.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and collaboratively.
·Experience with handling secure/sensitive documentation.
·Willingness to travel internationally.
About You
·A degree in IT, Computing, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
·Demonstrated experience in driving transformation initiatives.
·Familiarity with project and service business environments and processes.
·Over 5 years of experience in OT/IT security, with a proven ability to engage effectively with Senior Management, Product teams, Engineering teams, and the broader business community.
·Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
