Duties and Responsibilities:- Developing & Implementing the Technical & Marketing Strategies to achieve the Egyptian Poultry BU priorities.
- Provide Technical support to customers and sales teams.
- Generate The marketing Strategies, Plan & Tactics (Offline & Digital Plans).
- Poultry Promotional Budget Allocation
- Monitor and analyses the market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to ensure the company competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports on BU performance, sales forecasts, and business activities.
- Managing the Technical Trials & the Market support studies.
- Technical support, Educational, Training and updates concerning the products,
- animal diseases and competitors' profiles.
- Managing the new products Launches & Technical Education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply chain and
- regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment of technical & Marketing strategies with business Priorities.
- Managing The Digital Platforms from Technical & marketing Prospective (MCM, CRM AND Maxx
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies,
- procedures, and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of an animal health/agriculturalmarket.
- Experience of working collaboratively in a team.
- Proven customer focus using technical skills
- Comfort at all levels of internal and external management
- Understandingof and ability with administration equipment
- Minimum 5 years of experience (senior or executive customer representative, product specialist).
