Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Developing & Implementing the Technical & Marketing Strategies to achieve the Egyptian Poultry BU priorities.
  • Provide Technical support to customers and sales teams.
  • Generate The marketing Strategies, Plan & Tactics (Offline & Digital Plans).
  • Poultry Promotional Budget Allocation
  • Monitor and analyses the market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to ensure the company competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports on BU performance, sales forecasts, and business activities.
  • Managing the Technical Trials & the Market support studies.
  • Technical support, Educational, Training and updates concerning the products,
  • animal diseases and competitors' profiles.
  • Managing the new products Launches & Technical Education.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply chain and
  • regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment of technical & Marketing strategies with business Priorities.
  • Managing The Digital Platforms from Technical & marketing Prospective (MCM, CRM AND Maxx
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies,
  • procedures, and ethical standards.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • In-depth knowledge of an animal health/agriculturalmarket.
  • Experience of working collaboratively in a team.
  • Proven customer focus using technical skills
  • Comfort at all levels of internal and external management
  • Understandingof and ability with administration equipment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (senior or executive customer representative, product specialist).
