Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Portfolio Manager to lead our efforts in identifying prime investment opportunities, establishing strong relationships with developers and brokers, and maximizing returns for our investors through effective resale strategies. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring the success and growth of our real estate co- ownership investment platform.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:


• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the real estate market to identify properties with high potential for investment and mass ownership.


• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging opportunities to inform acquisition decisions.


Developer and Broker Relations:


• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers and brokers to gain access to exclusive deals and off-market listings.


• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for property acquisitions, ensuring maximum value for our investors.


Property Acquisition and Due Diligence:


• Lead the process of acquiring properties for co-ownership, including property inspection/valuation, legal due diligence, reservation, cheques issuance and contract signature.


• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.


Investor Relations and Communication:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors regarding property acquisitions, resale opportunities, and investment returns.


• Provide regular updates and reports on the performance of investment properties and resale activities.


Resale Strategy and Execution:


• Develop and implement effective resale strategies to optimize returns on investment for our investors.


• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote properties to potential buyers and facilitate resale transactions.


• Manage the resale process from listing properties to closing deals, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.


Performance Tracking and Analysis:


• Track key performance metrics related to property acquisitions, resale transactions, and investor returns.


• Analyze data and market feedback to evaluate the success of acquisition and resale strategies and identify areas for improvement.
