THE JOB:
As a Pool Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Supervise the daily operations of the pool area, including monitoring/meeting safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness, ambiance, work with supporting departments and meet maintenance needs.
Assist in overseeing lifeguards and other pool employees, including making rotations and schedules
Ensure timely and professional resolution to guest and employee-related challenges and/or concerns
Participate in ongoing training, communicate company policies and objectives and support their implementation
Ensure employee satisfaction through recognition, career development, and organizational teamwork to uphold positive morale
Assist the food and beverage department as needed at the pool
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
2 years of previous experience in pool operations
Understanding of building lifeguard rotations and schedules
Previous supervisory experience
Some food and beverage experience is preffered
Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
