Job Description

Job Purpose:


  • To process daily activities as per the agreed process including policy creation, amendments, member uploads, E-Cards release…etc.
  • Continuous process review with regards to policy & endorsement management and suggest improvement when required in order to enhance efficiency and achieve Client satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators:


  • Quality of collected data – scrutinize data and conduct preliminary checks on all information gathered from clients as it is the starting point of the whole process.
  • Productivity - Emphasize getting the new policy processed in the system as per yearly set target during the year and set high standards for productivity.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) Complete the policies/endorsements process and computations as per yearly set target for standard and sub-standard benefit deviations (subject to group size and number of deviations from standard benefits etc.).

Key Accountabilities


  • Process daily activities in accordance with established protocols, including policy creation, amendments, member uploads, and E-Card releases.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of processes related to policy and endorsement management, suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and achieve client satisfaction.
  • Scrutinize data and perform preliminary checks on all information collected from clients, as this serves as the foundation of the entire process.
  • Prioritize the timely processing of new policies within the system, adhering to annual targets and maintaining high productivity standards.
  • Complete the policies and endorsements process, including computations, in alignment with annual targets for both standard and sub-standard benefit deviations, considering group size and the number of deviations from standard benefits.
  • Ensure that enrollments and policy issuances are executed within agreed-upon turnaround times.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards by regularly updating policies and procedures, ensuring their proper application.
  • Foster strong relationships and alignment with other departments, providing necessary support as required.

Communication & Working Relationships Internal


  • Cooperate and support other internal departments as applicable External.
  • Maintain solid business relationships with PIC’s and other business partners as applicable.
