Plasma Processor (Haram)Gíza, Egypt Plasma Processor (Haram) About the job Plasma Processor (Haram)Job objectiveThe plasma processor processes both units and samples for initial freezing; packs plasma for final shipment; packs samples for shipment to testing lab; assists in shipping both samples and units; and maintains area equipment and supplies. Key responsibility- Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing. - Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe. Participates in unit management according to SOP. - Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab. - Monitors stored product to ensure time requirements are met. Monitors and reports working conditions of equipment. - Maintains active communication with other service areas to ensure accurate documentation and quality. - Completes all necessary documentation. Ensures donor confidentiality. Builds rapport with donors to ensure overall satisfaction with the center to support long- term donation. - Learns and maintains thorough familiarity and compliance with all local competent authority regulations, Standard Operating Procedure Manual, Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and internal company procedures. - Maintains supplies necessary to perform job duties. - Reports all unsafe working situations or conditions to area lead, supervisor or manager. - Reports all unsafe working situations or conditions to area lead, supervisor or manager. Academic experience requiredNurse or Health Technical Institute graduate or equivalent. Professional experience requiredTypically requires no related experience. However, customer service experience preferred. Computing skills- MS Office knowledge preferred but not required. Personal skills- Communication and customer service skills. - Organized and able to manage time effectively. - Ability to work within a highly regulated, labor intensive, fast paced medical environment. - Ability to understand and follow SOPs and protocols.
