Job Description


    Meet the Operations team and gather all the information related to the new project in order to set the project’s plan.
     Set the master plan and the module for the new projects in coordination with the Planning Manager in order to maintain the guidelines of the project.
      Meet the Planning team to orient them and delegate tasks to the different team members so that they can start implementation.
     Review all the team members’ tasks step by step and apply the needed amendments to ensure they are carrying out their responsibilities efficiently.
     Follow up and review the baseline narrative to be sent to the site.
   Follow up sending the baseline schedule to the Project Manager after reviewing it in order to get the clients’ approval.
     Review and follow up the preparation of all periodical reports forms to set guidelines for the reporting system.
     Receive and review all the updates that took place at the site sent by the Planning Engineer in order to approve them to be sent to the consultant.
      Analyze the cause of delay in comparison with the baseline to determine the responsible party.
    In case the company is the main reason for delay, set a recovery plan to be sent to the client.
    In case the consultant and /or the client are the reason for delay, oversee the preparation of a time claim request and the new revised schedule to be sent to the consultant for approval.
    Review the “close out” report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the coming projects.
    Comply with the company management system according to ISO standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015.
     Support in handling other assignments within the scope of the department if required to facilitate achieving the departmental goals.
