Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Planning Manager.
What will you do:
Develop and implement comprehensive demand and supply planning strategies, along with sales forecasts, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and meeting customer demands. Coordinate with Manufacturing team to optimize production efficiency and reduce cost, along with reviewing the production report “production actual versus monthly plans” and accordingly prepares deviation report providing recommendation for corrective actions. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels. Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend process improvement opportunities. Utilize historical data, market trends, and customer feedback to accurately forecast customer demands in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team. Oversee the inventory stock to minimize stockouts and overstock situations in collaboration with the Warehouse team. Collaborate with logistics Team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. Monitor the submitted shipment schedules. Align planning activities and initiatives with cross-functional teams through attending weekly Sales & Operations meeting (S&OP). Analyze data and planning reports to identify areas for improvement and oversee the implementation of the corrective actions Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles. Demand planning and forecasting. Strong Presentation skills. Excellent Microsoft office skills.
Education
Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or any related discipline.
