The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Installation Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role you will be Managing/performing work associated with procurement & supply of manufacturing materials including.
How you’ll make an impact
- Planning materials requirements and materials inventory.
- Controlling and managing downstream SC delivery performance.
- Controlling and managing of Stock & obsolescence.
- Responsible for shortage management.
- Close cooperation with all stakeholders to make sure production plan is updated based on material status.
- Managing stock & makes priority settings in case of shortage.
- Coordinating of supply activities & BOM management.
- Maintaining Inventory levels aligned with targets.
- Developing stocking policy & ROL for when appropriate.
- Improving inventory turns.
- Reporting Planning KPI on time.
- Communicating material consumption expected for the next six months
- Sharing inventory status to senior managers.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 5 – 7 years of Experience in production planning.
- Able to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
- SAP knowledge.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
