We are constantly growing and are currently looking for One (1) Planner to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Project Controls Team in our Cairo Office, Egypt.

What you will need to do:



Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Analyze project progress, identify potential schedule delays and cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions. Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections with the project controls team Implement earned value management (EVM) principles and practices. Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, and variance analysis. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives. Review and analyze subcontractor schedules and cost proposals. Ensure compliance with US Government regulations and OBO requirements. Contribute to risk management activities by identifying and assessing potential project risks. Participate in project meetings and provide schedule and cost updates

What you will need to have:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4 or 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling. Proficiency in Primavera P6 The option to work from Egypt or join an overseas project. Proven experience working on at least two completed projects of similar scope and complexity. (International project experience is highly recommended) Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost control principles, and earned value management (EVM). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with US Government personnel is crucial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working on US Government projects is highly preferred. This includes familiarity with the USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers) standards, OBO, and other relevant regulations.

What it is nice to have:



Previous working experience as Planner (Civil Specialization) with EPC/Heavy Industrial construction company, preferably in Marine Infrastructure Projects would be an added advantage
