Job Description

.Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, and social insurance authorities.


Handling all Hiring processes, and social insurance forms 1,2,6.


Maintain employee’s time off records and requests.


Process employee’s queries and respond promptly.


Organize and maintain employee files and ensure fully meet the requirements and up to date. (hard copies and on the system)


Dealing with all cases of work injuries and taking the necessary measures & actions



Requirements

.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.


From 3–5 years of experience in HR personnel function


.Excellent communication skills


.Strong organizational skills


.Keen attention to detail


.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
