Job Description



Raya Smart Buildings - subsidiary from Raya Holding for financial investments - is hiring for the following responsibilities:
Duties:
Screen mails and calls, responding to inquiries as appropriate Schedule and manage the CEO's appointments & meetings and take detailed meeting minutes Assist the CEO in managing projects and following up with the different parties in order to ensure that the deadlines are met Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations & Coordinate logistics for meetings and events Prepare travel itineraries and necessary documentation Build and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders. Handle high level escalation received from the tenants and stakeholders Manage office supplies and equipment.

Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills Proven experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
