Job Description

Raya Smart Buildings - subsidiary from Raya Holding for financial investments - is hiring for the following responsibilities:

Duties:

  • Screen mails and calls, responding to inquiries as appropriate
  • Schedule and manage the CEO's appointments & meetings and take detailed meeting minutes
  • Assist the CEO in managing projects and following up with the different parties in order to ensure that the deadlines are met
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations & Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Prepare travel itineraries and necessary documentation
  • Build and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Handle high level escalation received from the tenants and stakeholders
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
