one of our clients is seeking to hire a Personal Assistant For Managing Director : 


About the job  : 


The MD Personal Assistant is a focal connection point between the Managing Director and the organizations’ supportive business functions by which seamless communication and tasks achievement are granted in an effective and efficient manner. This position’s responsibilities include managing calendars, collecting reports, making travel arrangements, setting priorities, and arranging MD's daily schedule.


Job Responsibilities:


●  Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. 


●  Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.


●  Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings. 


●   Make travel and accommodation arrangements. 


●   Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports. 


●   Oversee the performance of other clerical and accounting staff. 


●   Act point of contact with office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory, shipping, and order delivery. 


●   Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports. 


●   Take minutes during meetings.


●   Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence related to the Managing Director. 


●   Organize and maintain the office filing system.


Qualifications:


●  3-5 years working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role


●  Proficiency in Microsoft Office products


●  Outstanding organizational and time management skills 


●  Excellent Communication Skills.


●   Analysis Skills 


●   Bachelor's Degree


●   V. Good English


Work Conditions : 


●  Work Location : Maadi


●  Working Days: Sunday-Thursday 


●  Working Hours : 9 AM TO  5 PM
