one of our client in the Risk Management Consultants industry located in 6th of October is looking to hire a Personal Assistant with minimum 2 years of experience : Responsibilities :
Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and records.
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Anticipate the executives needs and proactively offer solutions. Requirements :
minimum 1-2 years of experience as the same role.
Proficiency level in English and Arabic
Work Conditions :
Working days : 5 days per week.
Working Hours: 10:00 or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6 PM.

1 Month Annual Bonus (Based on the goals achieved) and Salary.
