Position Overview: As a Performance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the performance function within our organization. You will be responsible for cascading the targets and making sure of tracking the progress vs the targets and supporting/highlighting the blockers and bottlenecks in achieving our targets and support in the end-to-end planning.
What will you be doing?
Performance:
Defining and securing the needed KPIs and visibility by working closely with the data team to make sure that all KPIs are tracked.
Conducting meetings with all stakeholders to walk them through the progress vs the targets and shed light on the blockers/challenges for achieving the company goals.
Co-owing the company blockers to make sure that these blockers are on track to be solved.
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience in relevant field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Modeling.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends and translate data into strategic recommendations that drive business performance and competitive advantage.
