Job Overview
Invitro Capital seeks a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives across our portfolio companies. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through SEO, SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate channels. Working closely with sales, product, creative, and executive teams, you’ll manage substantial budgets and drive continuous campaign optimization to achieve high-impact, ROI-driven results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies for acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (paid search, social, display, SEO/SEM, affiliate) to maximize reach and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and optimize content to enhance organic visibility
- Manage large ad budgets, ensuring all campaigns are scalable and ROI-positive
- Oversee A/B testing and growth experiments across ads, landing pages, and campaigns to boost conversions
- Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to track performance, gather insights, and optimize targeting
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to align on ad copy, visuals, and landing page designs
- Leverage marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance lead nurturing and conversion tracking
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, customizing strategies for high-value clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging channels to keep strategies competitive
- Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights on KPIs and growth opportunities
- Manage relationships with SEO/SEM vendors and digital ad agencies to support and scale marketing initiatives
