Job Title: People Services Specialist
Type of Contract: Fixed term contract
Location: Cairo, Egypt
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The focal contact point with the governmental offices:
The Company representative in front of:
- On/ Off Boarding (SPOC) single point of contact
- Managing Hiring process, on boarding process & coordinating the mandatory training session for new hires
- Manage the hiring on Workday
- Ensure full adherence and compliance of all personnel processes with the Egyptian labour law and social insurance law.
- Managing Termination & Off- Boarding Process (collect the resignation\termination report, etc.)
- Ensure adding the payroll data on the system for new hires and terminations before monthly cutoff date
- Being the focal point with the service provider and manage the relation with Social insurance and Labour Office
- Coordinate with the service provider to:
- Register the new Hires in the Social Insurance Authority
- Unregister the departure employees from the Social Insurance Authority
- Submit Social Insurance Form 2 on yearly basis
- Collect the Hiring documents from selected candidates
- Following up the on boarding process for new hires
- Responsible for the mandatory orientation sessions for all new hires
- Responsible for assigning the code of ethics training for external workers on iLearn
- Ensure that we have all valid required hiring documents in the employee folder
- Ensure that all personnel files sorted and updated
- Ensure full adherence and compliance of all personnel processes with the Egyptian labor law and social insurance law
- Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely offboarding process
- Collect the Resignations/ Terminations reports from the HRBPs and direct managers
- Get the employees signatures on all required documents (resignations, Form 6… etc.)
- Ensure moving the departures Employee’s folders to the archive room
- Supporting all concerned employees with reports
- Manage the Physical and digital employees’ files archive
- Manage the admin work to get the service from the service provider in a proper way
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Abide by the requirements of the code of ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company

- Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (including the Industry Code of Practice, Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.

- Perform other duties as assigned. Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter. Respect of personal data protection charter. Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.
JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Relevant bachelor's degree
Related Experience:
- +2 years of experience
- payroll experience is a plus
- regional experience is preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Sense of confidentiality and urgency
- English Language (spoken and written)
- Computer and presentation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team work
