Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis:
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Assist in the development and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, bonus structures, and equity plans.
Benefits Management:
- Implement and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.
- Analyze benefit utilization and employee satisfaction to recommend enhancements or changes to offerings.
Employee Recognition Programs:
- Assist in the development and management of employee recognition initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
- Monitor the effectiveness of recognition programs and gather employee feedback for continuous improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and prepare reports for management review.
- Identify trends and insights to inform decisions related to total rewards.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure total rewards programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive offerings.
HR operations
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, people services, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
