People Operations Specialist” to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Support training and development programs, including facilitating sessions to improve employee skills and organizational alignment. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications
0-3 years in HR or People Operations. Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding). Strong communication and organizational skills. Fluency in spoken and written English language.
