Job Description

Onboarding and Offboarding


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees.

Employee-related services & Benefits


  • Liaise with vendors & manage the delivery of daily benefits such as medical care services, transportation services, employee reservations, and mobile services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Track and report on employee attendance and leave records approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage business missions for employees, and handle hotel and flight reservations to ensure all travel arrangements are efficiently managed.
  • Create and deliver various HR-related documents & certificates, including salary letters, experience certificates and other employee relations (ER) letters as needed.
