StatsBomb was founded in January 2017 to provide data, analytics, and consultancy to football clubs, media, and sports betting companies. StatsBomb continually undertakes new research and is well-known in the analytics industry for providing unique insights into the game of football. We have developed our own proprietary industry-leading data collection and analytics software with a user-friendly high-vis front end.
StatsBomb has grown from our initial team of 3 at the start of 2017 to over 1100 employees based in the UK, US, and Egypt, and we are continuing to grow and expand our operation. We currently process over 600 games per week across 80 European and American leagues, with over 30 million events daily, and cover more than 80 leagues globally.



We're a football analytics SAAS business that is scaling rapidly. Likewise, we sell data products as well as analysis tools to sports organizations, with a tech stack that includes computer vision, machine learning, stream processing, and web-based data viz. Furthermore, we count many of the biggest names in football as customers, and your work will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver insights to those customers, driving success on the field and in the media space, and driving fan engagement.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Personnel:


  • Coordinate the enrolment and withdrawal of employees from social insurance schemes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Following up with employees' contracts, renewals and resignations.
  • Track employee's attendance.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files by scanning and updating folders as necessary.
  • Generate various HR letters including termination, experience, and warning letters with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee documentation, ensuring all hiring documents are complete and accurate.

Education & Certificate:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law or a related field.
  • HR Diploma or a relevant certification is preferred.

Experience & other qualifications:


  • 2-4 years of experience as a Personnel Specialist, People Operations or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Google workspace is a plus.
  • Good command of English language.
