Overview This role partners closely with the HR Lead for Strategy & Transformation at the Cairo Capability Center and key business stakeholders to deliver on the HR strategy for assigned functions. The incumbent will play a critical role in enabling business performance by driving core people processes, providing strategic HR guidance, and ensuring smooth execution of HR operations and initiatives across the center. Responsibilities Partner with the HR Lead and function leaders to implement the HR strategy across designated teams and functions. Build strong, trusted relationships with people managers by providing coaching, advice, and support on key people matters. Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Experience & Operations, and Talent Management COEs to address functional needs and ensure seamless execution. Act as the first point of contact for assigned functions on matters related to organizational changes, team structures, employee relations, people development, and workforce planning. Lead the execution of core people processes including Performance Partnership Process (PPP), Talent Reviews, Performance Management Process (PMP), Leadership Nominations, OHS surveys, and PDR calibration. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on both internal and external recruitment processes, ensuring proper job evaluation, approvals, and budget alignment. Coordinate onboarding logistics with TR and local HR. Analyze OHS and Pulse survey data to generate actionable insights that drive engagement within the organization and across assigned functions. Ensure accurate HR data management in collaboration with HR Operations and Talent Analytics COE. Maintain up-to-date workforce mapping and support data-driven decision making. Support capability-building efforts in partnership with the HR Lead, owning delivery of key elements within the broader people agenda. Lead planning and execution of smaller-scale organizational change initiatives (e.g., team restructures) and support larger projects including reorganizations and workforce transitions. Drive or contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. Experience in shared services or global capability centers is a plus. Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and core PepsiCo HR processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels. Demonstrated experience in consulting and influencing stakeholders, including senior leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a complex, international matrix environment. Highly collaborative, with experience operating in virtual environments. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
