Key Responsibilities:


  • Visit hubs to handle HR tasks.
  • Investigate employee issues and workplace concerns.
  • Assist in conducting operational interviews to support the recruitment process.
  • Collect hiring documents from new employees.
  • Ensure employees sign contract renewals on time.
  • Deliver medical cards to employees.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Males Only.
  • Previous experience in the logistics industry is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
