Talent acquisition is a remit within HR, that involves attracting and sourcing candidates right through to the onboarding of new hires. My partnership is two years long and involves working in different rotations which is a fantastic way, for me to gain an understanding of talent acquisition and to gain a broad skillset. Generally, 80% of my week is dedicated to attending talent acquisition project meetings, and also talent acquisition update meetings. So a great way for me to understand the activities within talent acquisition, across different hubs, or markets or countries, and to also be able to connect with some great people that work in talent acquisition and to share ideas that can be, potentially built into a project. 20% of my time is dedicated to completing a CIPD level five HR qualification. To further allow me to increase my skills knowledge and behaviours as an HR professional. So in doing that, I've been attending some great workshops, been doing some reading and research to complete unit assignments. So it's been a great experience.% buffered00:00 01:28 Video length: 88 seconds 1:28 Hi, my name is Tari and I am a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, based in … Tarisisayi Talent Acquisition Apprentice
