We wish to compliment our existing team with an experienced People & Culture Coordinator within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. In this role you'll be responsible for:



Providing administrative and generalist HR support to diverse project teams across the Fulton Hogan Utilities business
Performing extensive on-boarding activities and transactional support to enable business operations
Providing support across a range of HR activities including recruitment, training, employment contracts, change of circumstances, payroll liaison, timesheets, employee communication and off boarding
Supporting the Performance Management, Talent & Succession, Remuneration & Benefits, and Learning & Development programmes
Assisting with the investigating IR/ER issues and recommending solutions in accordance with legislation, policy and guidelines
Supporting the team in the effective utilisation and improvement of HRIS and Business Management Systems.

How you'll connect to the role:



A degree level qualification in HR or similar
Sound relevant industry experience in a similar role within fast paced construction environment
Confident in dealing with all areas of HR administration
Previous proven experience in a multi-site business would be highly regarded
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work and deal with competing demands is essential
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills
