Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive and values-driven workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Design and implement engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring that company values are reflected in everyday operations.
Talent Development & Growth
- Support onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and integrated.
- Assist in developing learning and development programs that promote career growth.
- Work with teams to identify skill gaps and recommend training opportunities.
Performance & Employee Experience
- Support performance management processes, ensuring continuous feedback and professional development.
- Collaborate with managers to enhance employee experience and resolve workplace concerns.
- Provide guidance on policies, career development, and personal growth within the company.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Promote an inclusive work environment through DEI initiatives and best practices.
- Support programs that encourage diverse perspectives and equal opportunities for all employees.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Provide insights on workforce trends and employee engagement data.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies to align with company goals and values.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or Organizational Development.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
