Overview The FL Talent Acquisition Associate Manager is responsible for providing best in class staffing services to PepsiCo clients as well as internal and external candidates. Leading the FL TA Strategy and staffing execution across all external requisitions for FL hiring in Cairo Business Services hub. Acts as a key member, who would support recruitment and drive a talent strategy for the FL Talent Acquisition team. You would be responsible for carrying on this proud legacy by delivering high-quality professional candidates while leading hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Responsibilities include performing full lifecycle recruiting, as well as an emphasis on hiring manager advisory. Responsibilities Partner with internal people leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition/management strategies Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on matters related to Job Description design, sourcing approach, candidate attraction and engagement and external trends/marketplace data Develop and maintain strong working relationships with PepsiCo hiring managers, HRBP’s, vendors, and TA colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo’s business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity Stay informed of recruiting trends and techniques Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent Leverage recruiting technology resources daily. Initiate and participate in projects that further both TA and Business Function capability Provide candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why PepsiCo is a leading “Employer of Choice” Interview and assess all candidates presented to hiring managers, including the use of face-to-face behavioral based interviewing methodologies Effectively manage the FL TA team to ensure all candidate/hiring manager coordination activities run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, scheduling, job offer processing, onboarding, etc.) Present regular, consistent staffing progress updates to stakeholders and prepare business reviews on all respective staffing activity, including internal and external insights, TA COE updates (new tools, engagement platforms, assessment processes, external Reputation, etc.) and recommendations for future improvements Pro-actively employ innovative sourcing strategies and tactics to build and maintain external candidate pipelines for priority skillsets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required, Business Administration or Management Major is a plus. Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in HRM. Prior experience in scale TA ops is a must Strong understanding and curiosity of the current technology landscape Customer-focused, adaptable, has strong followed up and organizational skills Consultative approach; talent advisor mindset, not afraid to share "point of view" Project management capability for Talent Acquisition projects Experience influencing functional leaders and decisionmakers Ability to develop authentic relationships with a diverse audience of professionals Should demonstrate Talent Advisor behaviors/competencies, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics. Must demonstrate executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions with a track record of driving change initiatives, and developing strong client partnerships Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrix environment
