Job Description

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Assist in the development and monitoring of forecasts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support cross-functional initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
