JOB PURPOSE The Payroll Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for delivering transactional and comprehensive professional payroll activities. He/she provides an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the entire group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute transactions in accordance with specified procedures to ensure that all of them are recorded promptly and accurately. Supervise procedural compliance to ensure adherence to all systems and processes. Receive, process, and fulfill requests to ensure they are handled appropriately, promptly, and in accordance with established business requirements. Maintain a high level of control by promptly reporting significant problems and instances of non-compliance to the appropriate hierarchies well as resolving issues in a timely manner. Guarantee the delivery and maintenance of a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
