Join us as a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) and be at the forefront of healthcare transformation.
Healthcare is undergoing significant transformation, characterized by radical innovation, increased patient empowerment, diverse medical information sources, and rising public spending pressures, all leading to evolving stakeholder needs.
The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is pivotal within Roche's new organization, redefining our societal role from primarily providing world-class medicines to actively partnering, innovating, and driving generative disruption, ultimately enhancing outcomes for patients, communities, and the organization without traditional sales targets or incentives.

Your Impact



Collaborate with other Disease area PJPs and the relevant Disease area lead to enhance the patient journey
Emphasize the importance of integrating external insights and collaborating with partners to identify opportunities for faster patient outcome transformations
Leverage Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge to enrich the healthcare ecosystem by bringing internal insights to the forefront
Has the authority to request resources from Roche, both within the affiliate and across the broader network
Act as a trusted partner, you serve as a primary (but non-exclusive) contact between stakeholders and Roche, communicating patient and stakeholder needs internally, prioritizing resources, and driving timely solutions
Collaborate with patient journey stakeholders to eliminate obstacles and unlock opportunities that deliver value for patients and the community
By overseeing the entire patient journey, you employ system thinking to identify common goals among stakeholders and co-create solutions within the ecosystem.
Ensure positive stakeholder experiences with Roche employees, products, and services, enhancing engagement within the ecosystem.

Who you are



You hold a University degree (scientific). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus
You bring a robust background in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, business acumen, and understanding of patient journeys and medical affairs strategies, with demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a senior/managerial role
You demonstrate personal purpose and a strong passion for improving the patient journey and creating value within the healthcare ecosystem
You think from an enterprise level, transcending boundaries and borders to achieve optimal outcomes for local health environments and Roche globally
You exhibit a visionary mindset by defining and embedding strategies that enhance patient journeys
You maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating exceptional partnering capabilities and the ability to listen deeply and engage with others
You cultivate a growth mindset that encourages quick learning, risk-taking, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within and outside Roche
You act with integrity in all interactions, being open, honest, ethical, and genuine in your approach
You leverage internal and external networks to create value, effectively saying “No” to unproductive activities while boldly pursuing key decisions and opportunities
