Partnerships Specialist to lead the acquisition and management of strategic partnerships that will drive user growth and long-term retention.
This role will focus on two core areas: building and expanding acquisition partnerships to increase Telda’s user base, and developing value-driven, retention-focused partnerships that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships that can drive significant user growth across key verticals, such as retail, technology, gaming, and lifestyle. - Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to create innovative campaigns and co-branded initiatives that increase brand visibility and drive new user acquisition. - Manage end-to-end partnership development, from prospecting to implementation, ensuring alignment with Telda's growth objectives. Continuously explore new opportunities to expand Telda’s user base through creative and scalable partnership models, such as co-marketing, affiliate programs, and integrations with key platforms. - Build and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous value-add to Telda’s users, driving retention and engagement through relevant, long-term partnerships. - Develop partnership initiatives that offer exclusive benefits, rewards, or features to Telda users, enhancing their loyalty and lifecycle value. - Collaborate closely with the product and user engagement teams to integrate partner offerings into the Telda platform in ways that increase user retention, such as subscription perks, co-branded loyalty programs, or unique in-app experiences. - Identify and pursue new partnerships that align with Telda’s goal of enhancing user satisfaction and adding tangible, long-term value to their financial journey. - Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure partnerships are seamlessly executed, tracked, and optimized, working closely with marketing, product, and data teams. - Analyze and report on partnership performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize existing partnerships and guide future initiatives. - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities for Telda.
What do you bring: - 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within fintech, tech, or digital industries. - Proven track record of developing and executing acquisition and retention partnerships that drive measurable growth and user engagement. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously. - Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of Telda’s mission and user base.
