Partnership Specialist is to oversee relationships with partner companies and ensure the efficient delivery of services at all levels . This role involves managing existing partnerships, improving service quality, and supporting project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with partner companies to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with service agreements and timelines.
Support project-level services, ensuring alignment between partners and internal teams.
Assist in drafting and managing partnership agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner contributions into project workflows.
Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and work with partners to implement improvements.
Support partnership negotiations and agreement renewals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in partnership management, vendor management, or project management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in management consulting or project-based environments is an advantage.
Certifications such as PMP or CIPS are a plus
