Outsourcing Manager (Fruits & Vegetables)

An export and trading company is currently seeking an Outsourcing Manager. This role will involve overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of outsourcing functions within the fruits and vegetables division. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring that outsourcing agreements align with company goals, and driving operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to; 

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for outsourcing to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Evaluate and select third-party vendors, ensuring they meet the company's quality, compliance, and service standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, including suppliers, logistics partners, and processing facilities.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular reviews, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Aware of agribusiness in Egypt and well-known of agriculture map in seasonality.
• Lead contract negotiations with outsourcing partners, ensuring terms are clear, fair, and aligned with company policies.
• Streamline outsourcing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements: 

• A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in outsourcing management or procurement roles within the fruits and vegetables industry.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost management.
• A deep understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  

Working Conditions: 

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Fridays & Saturdays are off
• Work Location: New Cairo.
